Preparing for Certification Deciding to earn your HR Certification is a big step. DallasHR can help you achieve your goals with our bi-annual Certification Test Prep Course. The popular course provides HR professionals with the competency to prepare for HR Certification Institute ® or Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) exams. Partici- pants meet nine times over the course of three months. In 2019, 105 HR professionals participated in the Prep Course.
In Transition Assistance DallasHR offers opportunities for those in transition or for those who are thinking about a job change. Job-Link meetings feature a variety of Education Events on topics to help with your job pursuit and offers a great opportu- nity to network with other attendees and share leads and support one another during the job search process. In 2019, 342 members and nonmembers participated in twelve Job-Link meetings.
Career Center Whether you are a job seeker or job poster, the DallasHR Career Center is your one-stop-shop for jobs. With more than 14,000 visitors to the site and over 48,000 page views in 2019, the Career Center was used by 507 new job seekers who took advantage of the streamlined application process includ- ing free resume posting and automatic notification of “matched” new jobs. And 83 different employers were able to see more than 1,060 searchable resumes from the DallasHR Career Center. Whether you are a job seeker or job poster, the DallasHR Career Center is your one-stop-shop for jobs. Our job posters (area employers) enjoy easy online management of post- ings, access to a searchable resume database and competitive pricing. In 2019, 87 different employers were able to see more than 839 searchable resumes in the DallasHR Career Center.
