In recent months, the Great Customer Experience Program team has been hard at work, ensuring that every regional gem receives the attention it deserves. Gena’s latest adventure took her to Sheffield, a picturesque town nestled on Tasmania’s Northwest Coast, known for its vibrant murals and warm community spirit. Sheffield, a once-quiet agricultural town, is becoming a bustling tourist destination. Its colourful murals, which grace the town’s walls, are a visual feast. These murals, each with its own story, create a unique outdoor gallery that brings the town to life.
50km from Launceston, this hidden gem features a striking dolerite plateau, with skiing adventures awaiting above 1500 metres, but you will find the resort at the base. As the snow season kicks off, a buzz of excitement surrounds the resort. Daz has been collaborating closely with Charlotte at their GCE Business Health Check and her dedicated team to ensure everything is set for an exceptional winter season. Charlotte’s vision for the resort extends beyond simply welcoming guests. Beyond its artistic appeal, Sheffield offers a range of other delights. First stop was to catchup with Cam at Bossimi’s Bakehouse and Café, a local favourite, known for its scrumptious scallop pies & aromatic coffee. After completing the GCE Business Health Check and discussing business support programs available to Cam & Fran, all staff completed the Venue Awareness session adding extra value to their thriving team.
