The Sheffield Hotel is another highlight, offering a true Tasmanian pub experience. Gena enjoyed meeting with new owners Kim and Michelle and their partners to see how the Great Customer Experience Program could assist their business and elevate their current offerings. A recent addition to Sheffield’s charm is Paper & Cup Café, where coffee & literature blend seamlessly. This charming venue & owners Hannah & Kieron invites visitors to enjoy a perfectly brewed cup of coffee while perusing a collection of books, making it a haven for book lovers and brew buffs.
