The center’s high visibility and 44,000 VPD (vehicles per day) makes it attractive to retailers as well: in a gross leasable area of 759,957 s/f, only three ten- ant spaces of 3,200 s/f, 1,940 s/f, and a divisible 32,000 s/f space are presently available for lease. The center also features national and local tenants such as Ten Thousand Villages, Springboard Me- dia (Apple), Beneficial Bank, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Wine & Spirts, Radi- ance MedSpa, Benari Jewel- ers, Sweet & Sassy, Happy Nails, Great Clips, Avante on Main Street, Massage Envy, Justice, Verizon, Cosi, Long- horn Steakhouse, On the Bor- der, Buca di Beppo, Nala, Buddy’s, Snap Pizza, Maggie Moo’s, Appetite’s on Main, Bath & Body Works, and Cosi.
