and he proudly stands among the most dedicated and highly recognized Engineers in this State.” Kooker is a registered Pro- fessional Engineer in Dela- ware with 26 years of experi- ence, 20 with Landmark. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and specializes in environ- mental and civil engineering design for projects involving wastewater treatment, pump stations, site grading and layout, and stormwater man- agement. Kooker is in charge
of the firm’s Dover office, and many of the projects he man- ages are located in Kent and Sussex Counties. The DAPE distinguished service award is for a commit- tee member selected by Coun- cil each year since 2007 that has served in an outstanding manner and provided signifi- cant contributions to the ad- vancement of DAPE through service on committees. DAPE has ten standing committees and several ad-hoc commit- tees. It is through committee work by volunteers that much of the DAPE operations are ac-

As division director of Survey- ing Services, Mr. Ponzio imparts over 30 years of experience in land surveying to the supervi- sion of the survey management team. He is dedicated to sup- porting the Division’s adherence to Quality Assurance and Qual- ity Control Standards while ensuring his team utilizing the most technologically advanced equipment and systems avail- able.
