DESIGN CONSULTANTS
P+L • FFE installations on the 2nd Floor started this week and will continue through next week.
• FFE installations on the 1st Floor were completed 2 weeks ago • FFE installations for outdoor furniture are scheduled for Nov. 12th.
Insite Studio • Monitoring the landscape installation to verify that the PBG Forrester will approve final inspections once complete.
Civil Design Inc • Punch list was completed in September, and repairs are in progress by Proctor.
PROCTOR CONSTRUCTION
Schedule • Hood Grease duct work to repair ducts is in progress in all kitchens. They have been repairing welds that were not liquid tight. It is a time consuming process to grind the welds, reweld and test for any leaks. Proctor previously provided an estimated schedule of completion that runs through mid-November. They will be updating the schedule at the end of this week. • Proctor will provide weekly updates on progress • Exterior Paint final touch ups are in progress and will continue for a few weeks. • ADA bathroom revisions in progress Inspections • Final fire inspections are in progress. BDA system appears to be one of the last items related to occupancy. They need to add two additional antennas. They are anticipating this being complete by the end of October

Fire Alarm Monitoring • The building is currently being monitored full-time by the owner’s fire monitoring company at the request of Proctor this week. Walk-in Coolers • Punch List items are in progress with installers and expect to be complete by the end of the month Kitchens • Hood Installer • Permit Application is in process with PBG and contingent on the repairs that Proctor is in progress of working on. • Hood installer is ready for inspection once the permit application is approved. • Kitchen Equipment • All major equipment is onsite and ready for finals once the grease duct Proctor is working on to begin startups • CBI is working with installers on a number on minor items that need to be completed, and they are working on finalizing by end of the month. • Low Voltage Chase at Chef Tables • Stainless Trim Pieces • Equipment replacement • Equipment repairs
