Participants will delve into key techniques such as mowing, irrigation, and fertilization, understanding their impact on turf health and appearance. Additionally, the class will cover secondary practices like verticutting, aeration, and topdressing, exploring their roles in maintaining a robust turf stand. Emphasis will be placed on the practical application of these cultural practices to achieve optimal turf conditions. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid foundation in implementing effective cultural practices for the care and maintenance of turfgrass.
