Should You Open Another Location? Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Location: C112 Speakers: Sara Hey, Bob Clements One of the most common questions we get from dealers all around the country is, “When should I open a new location?” or, “I’m getting ready to open a new location, is this the right move for me?” We get it. In the midst of the hustle of business and the focus on growth, the question of opening a new location is one that many owners and managers wrestle with. How do you know if you’re in a place where your business can sustain a new location? During this session, Bob Clements and Sara Hey of Bob Clements International will walk you through the six questions we ask any dealer who is thinking about opening a new location. They will also share how to have the conversation about growth that is not necessarily through opening a new location.
Hydro-Gear – Hydrostatic Transmissions Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM Location: C106 This hands-on training course provides in-depth knowledge of Hydro-Gear Hydrostatic Transmissions, specifically focusing on those used in zero-turn and stand-on mower applications. Participants will gain hands-on experience as they disassemble and reassemble a transmission, while learning the correct procedures, necessary tools and important specifications. By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of hydrostatic transmissions, and the ability to repair them.
Two-Stroke Engine Failure Analysis Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM Location: C110
This hands-on training course will provide technicians with practical skills in identifying and analyzing two stroke engine failures found on today’s hand- held power equipment. Through live demonstration and hands-on examination of failed engine components, participants will learn to interpret the clues left behind by various engine failures and determine their cause.
