The overwhelming generalized idea that the only goal of business is to create satisfied customers. What if, instead, we turned our customers into raving fans? We do that by creating a customer experience that they can brag about. During this session, Sara Hey of Bob Clements International will explain how you can create raving fans in your dealership by creating congruency in every area of your dealership, knowing how to manage tense situations in parts and service and turn them into positive experiences, and finding ways to reduce friction inside of your processes.
Balancing Inventory Levels and Retail Sales Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Location: C112 New inventory to retail ratios are being used to monitor proper stocking levels. Understanding and managing the balance sheet management is key to controlling our cash. The new ratios assist dealerships in keeping their inventory at a healthy level.
In most dealerships there is palpable tension between the service department and everyone else. The tension can be seen from miles away and makes people want to either come ready to fight or stay far away. As a result, one of the biggest issues for owners and managers is the fundamental issue of getting a team to function as a team. The struggle when you are running a dealership is that you have three, if not four, very different businesses with different personalities having to function as if they are one business.
