Mulligan’s Mutt Madness Pup-Dates
Check in on the dogs who found fur-ever homes last year.
The 5th Annual Mulligan’s Mutt Madness adoption event, which was hosted by the TurfMutt Foundation in paw-tnernship with the Kentucky Humane Society (KHS) at Equip Exposition, was another barking success. Nine dogs found their forever homes at Mutt Madness 2023. Over the last few years the annual adoption event has matched 60 dogs with their humans. A huge round of a-paws to everyone involved in the planning of this event! “Mulligan’s Mutt Madness is a highlight of Equip Expo, and it’s so much fun seeing the people who bring the backyard to life connect with the dogs who love that outdoor space more than anyone else does,” said Kris Kiser, President and CEO of the TurfMutt Foundation. “I adopted Mulligan the TurfMutt at the event back in 2019, so Mutt Madness is particularly special to me.” Mulligan the TurfMutt was on site to warmly welcome the adopters and their pups into the Mutt Madness alumni family. During the event, the TurfMutt Foundation also donated a $10,000 check to the KHS to support its mission to help animals in need. “Mutt Madness is one of KHS’ favorite adoption events each year,” said Alisa Gray, President and CEO of the KHS. “We are so grateful for the support of the TurfMutt Foundation, OPEI, Equip Expo and Kris Kiser. Their generosity impacts the lives of so many shelter animals.”
