Our Executive Coaching provides a uniquely challenging but supportive working partnership that benefits individuals and organisations by improving performance through developing skills, confidence and focus.
Our Executive Coaches are highly qualified and have years of coaching experience. Each coach has supervision arrangements in place to constantly review their own practice and continue their development. All our coaches follow the guidance set out by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Most importantly they are a part of the North West Employers family.
We work with you to develop you and tailor our approach to your needs.
