Background and Work Experience I am Chief Executive of North West Employers, a coach and improvement and development specialist. I am passionate about supporting people and organisations to maximise their potential, and achieve their goals and ambitions. My career has enabled me to provide leadership and management support to both the public and private sectors. I have been a Chief Executive of a District Council, and a Deputy Chief Executive in a large Unitary Authority. I have led regional partnerships, working across a range of sectors including local government, health, police, fire and the voluntary sector, and in the private sector, I have worked in multi-skilled teams, delivering social and economic regeneration initiatives. All of my experiences have taught me that, change is the only constant, achievement comes from focus and positive relationships, and believing in yourself and staying true to your values, will enable you to achieve personal growth and success. Approach II work with individuals and teams, who are ready and committed to change and development. My approach is down to earth, and action orientated. I will give you my unlimited support throughout the coaching process, and beyond and in return expect full commitment and dedication from you. My approach is to get to know you, and to establish a positive relationship. I will ask you for permission to be challenging and exploring, which may take you outside of your comfort zone! This will help us to have a richer understanding of your strengths, and what success for you looks like. I have used coaching and mentoring techniques in all of my Executive roles. I have worked with individuals, teams and Boards to develop clear strategies to maximise performance.
Our sessions will have a clear focus and actions to ensure that positive steps are taken beyond our conversations. And….along the way we will make sure that we have lots of fun and laughter!

Over the past 10 years, I have worked directly with senior leaders and teams, and with aspiring female leaders to maximise their aspirations in complex and challenging environments. I also have experience of introducing coaching and mentoring into corporate systems, as a positive culture change tool.
