urban agriculture, our goal is to offer diverse opportunities that cater to the multifaceted needs of our participants. Housing placement and rent assistance are also crucial elements, ensuring that individuals can start anew in sta- ble environments conducive to their growth. Our commitment to employment assistance further supports individuals in securing stable income, helping to alleviate some of the stresses that come with reentry. We currently employ a dedicated team of four peer support specialists, with eight staff mem- bers certified in the necessary competencies. Each team member undergoes regular training in trauma-informed care and understands the profound import of mental health and sub- stance abuse issues in the reentry process. Our commitment to ongoing education ensures that we remain at the forefront of effective peer sup- port practices.
