2023 Partner Program Goals And Insight

VMware’s goals for Partner Connect include focusing on partner capability and profitability through targeted enablement, increased visibility, and new tools and incentives aligned to partner value and business outcomes. Vonage wants its channel to be the first place partners turn for an unparalleled experience selling its offerings in the areas of UC, CC, Teams and API. As a partner-first organization, it continues to invest heavily in all facets of the channel program. Wasabi aims to further engage partners in the Wasabi Partner Portal and continually improve the content that is provided to its resellers. It also will continue to invest in active partners and work with them on finding new ways to work together. WatchGuard’s goals are to add more qualified partners, increase the amount of recurring revenue going through partners, and boost the amount of cross-sell activities across its security platform. WSO2 plans to bring in competency badging, allowing partners to differentiate themselves based on skills they have on WSO2 products. It also is going to have more field channel leaders globally, especially in the U.S. Xcitium is building a points-earned reward-based program for tier-two partners. Points are based on achieving accreditations, leads generated from joint marketing activity and portal usage. Xerox’s goal is to grow its relationship with current partners and attract new partners through a program offer with an improved curriculum that helps them quickly ramp up for success. Zebra will expand its ecosystem with a strong focus on non-transacting partners, which include Alliance, ISV and Consultants, while maintaining market share and growth in its core hardware business.
