Throw in IT-specific hurdles like digital transformation, cloud migration and cybersecurity, along with the need to keep pace with leading-edge technologies like 5G wireless, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, and it’s a lot to handle. That’s why IT managers at many businesses and organizations heavily rely on their solution providers to help them navigate today’s IT landscape. And that’s why these solution providers have to be at the top of their game, prepared to meet their customers’ rapidly evolving needs with the right technology combined with the right business and technology skills. The solution providers best positioned to do that often are the ones that maintain the highest levels of training and certification from the IT vendors they partner with and occupy the top tiers within those vendors’ partner programs. CRN ’s annual Tech Elite 250 list recognizes solution
providers in the U.S. and Canada that have achieved top- tier status within partner programs at some of the leading IT vendors. This year’s list includes solution providers that have achieved top partner program status with Amazon Web Services, Cisco Systems, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and VMware. Listed solution providers may belong to additional vendor partner programs that were not part of the 2023 Tech Elite 250 evaluation. Some of the solution providers on this year’s list have made the Tech Elite 250 every year since its 2011 inauguration.
