Key Responsibilities

Events:

Branding and Communications:

• Support the Head of Events and Communications in the development and implementation of an exciting and dynamic events strategy of year-round event activities. • Foster client and customer loyalty across the brand, maximise the customer offer and partner with Occupiers for a best-in-class experience. • Lead on planning and delivering events including sourcing suppliers, compiling documentation, seeking sign off from senior management and ensuring estate guidelines are adhered to and objectives are met. • Target new partners and actively engage these on events and activations on site including commercialisation. • Lead on documenting, capturing and promoting Events and Estate-wide activity. • Administrative duties to support the safety, compliance and success of the programme at LBC. • Develop an ambitious programme of social value and community engagement projects in partnership with the Culture Team. • There is an expectation that this role will champion diversity and inclusion across LBC.

• Support the Head of Events and

Communications in the creation and implementation of an ambitious, forward- thinking LBC Communications and Marketing Strategy, based on the LBC Strategy and supporting the Client vision and wider Estate objectives. working with the press agency to identify instances to communicate LBC messaging. • Ensure details of the enlivenment programme are successfully communicated to relevant audiences. • Update and manage digital communications including the website and ECN digital • Horizon-scan for opportunities to communicate LBC vision and values, screens, plan and implement social media activity and drive traffic to all LBC media platforms. • Management of LBC communications agencies running our social media channels, producing creative assets and PR, including overseeing the development of branded materials and assets for LBC use. • Capture, review and report all event and Occupier feedback and data, working with the wider team to feed back into strategy and future planning. • Meet with occupier event and marketing contacts and form new relationships and partnerships with local stakeholders.

Filming and Photography:

• Oversee day to day filming and photography requests, approvals and permits. • Work with Filming agency on commercial filming opportunities to meet targets and process requests for occupiers and non-paid filming.
