Person Specification Essential:

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to communicate and influence at senior levels, as well as the ability to form relationships with many different types of people. • Provide exceptional customer experiences and thrive in situations which require original thinking and creative flair. • Ability to deal with challenging situations and a varied workload. Possessing a flexible, proactive approach to managing day-to-day work and responding quickly and positively to emerging issues. • A good understanding of corporate communications good practice, including a strong sense of the role, value, and opportunities that communications can play in helping the organisation achieve its business objectives and strategy. • Exceptional marketing communication skills including external and internal comms and report writing. Experience with digital media and communications channels including websites and social media Desirable: • Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Illustrator. • IOSH / Event health and safety training. • Interest in sustainability and commitment to maximising social value. • Flexible working patterns, including some evenings and weekends. • Good understanding of property management place making principles and current industry trends.
