• Under PCE model (Not C2C) moved 26 individual systems and 3 productive landscapes to Cloud ERP Private. 5-month implementation without disrupting existing projects. • Live with 1) Corporate Backbone (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing) moving from S/4 On Premise to Cloud ERP Private 2)Aftermarket parts (NA LIVE and EU coming) upgraded to SAP S/4HANA from ECC and migrated to Cloud ERP Private 3) Warehousing/Logistics (NA and EU) upgraded from ECC to SAP S/4HANA (2023) and then migrated to Cloud ERP Private. • Continuing Sales Success: SAP BTP, SAP Signavio, SAP CALM, also largest renewal (multi-year) for SAP Ariba & Direct Materials Sourcing (with WalkMe & SAC) on SAP S/4HANA PCE.
• By doing upgrades first and then migrations, able to isolate any variables for clear project outcomes and RISE success • IT Operational maturity at Ford has increased through the move to Cloud ERP Private through the RISE journey • Predictability and reliability of new cloud operating model resulting in business processes running smoothly • Greater extensibility, streamlined processes • Focus on reducing technical debt allowing clean core principles approach and not throwing in more hardware • Incrementally increased trust between business/technology showing a better path to project realization
• A globally recognized automotive manufacturer and innovator headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan • One of the largest SAP renewals in North America for 2025 • The project was a true collaboration between Ford and SAP • Went from S/4 OP and ECC to SAP Cloud Private Edition through RISE with SAP

• Stability of on-prem datacenter had been an issue and had impacts on the business (became a main value driver) • Needed to accelerate existing projects of ERP modernization while also addressing how to move to the cloud without disruption • Legacy and 3 rd -party tools for extensibility along with on-prem customization was leading to heavy technical debt • Needed to prove that testing cycles and migrations can be agile, less disruptive, and completed with focused and mindful planning
