What solutions has the customer gone live with?

What has been the impact since going live?

• American multinational IT company

• HPI went live on RISE PTO in March 2024 (were on S/4 on Prem on AWS). Following operational in RISE: o S4, BW4, MDG, PAPM, GTS, PIPO, Converg M & C, GRC • In 2021, moved from 13 different ERPs (Project Simplify) to a single global instance of S/4 On-Prem. (Mainly legacy SAP + some competitive ERPs) • S4 is 3x16 terabytes for S/4 and BW4 is 2x24 terabytes for operational data warehouse. • Full suites of Signavio, Ariba, and IBP, and run FG, WalkMe, CPQ, BRIM & EMS, BTP & SAC-P.

• The performance of the system has been much, much better in a RISE scenario than prior. • Massive improvement of day-to-day operations as the team is freed up from administrative work to focus on new business initiatives/responsibilities that move the dial in terms of increasing margin, increasing revenue, etc. • The business process management integrated tool chain is nearly complete at HP with Signavio and WalkMe deployed. More work needs to be done on the app rationalization side, but integrating process excellence (Signavio) with application utilization (WalkMe) is starting to pay dividends.
