Client Synopsis
What did they do?
Why did they do it?
• IBM choose SAP Rise as the platform to modernize their front and back office operations beginning with Order to Cash.
• IBM has over 3,000 legacy systems running their front office and back office across all of their lines of business for 77 countries. This is a very complex landscape with 20+ years of high cost technical debt. • IBM needed a platform and a strategy to rationalize their portfolio down to their key partners, eliminating redundant systems in the LOB’s as well as at a country and regional level.
• The International Business Machines Corporation is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Armonk, New York and present in over 175 countries. • IBM sells software, offers consulting services, and provides hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.
