• Phillips 66 agreed to migrate their current S4 1709 into RISE in a “Lift & Shift” effort from a hosted AWS into RISE Cloud ERP Strategy. The will also utilize the Safekeeper program to complete the upgrade by March 2028. • Phillips 66 signed a 7-Year Cloud Subscription, and will utilize ECS and SAP Services to migrate their S4 instances into RISE before the end of 2025 • AWS is the strategic Hyperscaler, and Accenture is the SI.

• Phillips 66, like many refiners, is under significant competitive pressure to reduce their costs, and diversify their revenues • SAP positioned RISE as an operational and commercial advantage to their ”business as usual” plan that had Phillips 66 pinned behind a 1709 Upgrade ending December 31, 2025. • RISE will accelerate business process optimization and clean core approach while leveraging innovations from SAP.
• Executive relationship and interaction with the CEO and Chief Digital Officer regarding the RISE Operating Model, and commercial model. • Extensive due diligence on the RISE Operating Model across Strategy, Technical, Operational, and Commercial structures. • Joint commitment to a long-term partnership between Phillips 66 and SAP.
