• Union Pacific was sitting on a large suite of very old home grown software with SAP in the middle. They needed to modernize and move to the cloud. • First step was to upgrade and move SAP to Rise Azure. 5 year plan to retire over 100 custom Mainframe application to the SAP Rise platform.
• Union Pacific is the largest Rail in the USA.
