• As a part of groupwide digital transformation activities, LG group decided to transform their HCM processes with one single cloud based platform. SAP Successfactors HCM has been finally selected after intensive investigation and evaluation among multiple vendors. • LG has defined standard HR processes which aligned with its HR strategy and prioritized its 14 affiliates for adoption. Scope includes SFSF Learning, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Career and Talent Planning and Compensation solutions. In addition, LG uses SAP Employee Lifecycle by Qualtrics and SAP Analytics Cloud as well.
