• Implementation of a consistent and state-of-the-art SAP cloud strategy consisting of S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, MDG and GRC in PCE as a supplement to SAP SaaS solutions for Lead-To-Cash and Source-To-Pay • Kyndryl wanted to strengthen the partnership with SAP • Kyndryl saw itself as the “Customer Zero” to move its current 4,000+ SAP customers towards RISE based on its own migration experience
• Initial implementation of 375 legacy solutions acquired from IBM with S/4HANA on-prem on Azure and SAP Public Cloud Solutions • Go-live after 18 months in 66 countries and for 90k employees • Reorientation of Kyndryl’s GTM led to decision to move to RISE • In 2024, Kyndryl switched to RISE and will use SAP Products exclusively from the cloud
