INSURANCE/FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE Please reference the Martin Trudeau Insurance insert, outlining the Livestock Insurance options available for purchase on sale day. All bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to delivery. We offer to share the insurance premium to purchase Bull Mortality insurance through Martin Trudeau Insurance in Mitchell, SD. Niobrara Red Angus will pay the first 5% of the insurance premium on whichever policy the seller wishes to receive. On their most basic policy, that means you’re only paying 1%! A representative of Martin Trudeau will be available sale day. If the buyer declines this coverage, he/she assumes full risk for the bull. Normal, quality care still needs to be exercised toward these animals and particularly yearling bulls to maintain adequate body condition. FREE DELIVERY 3 or Less? – After 500 miles, this may require buyers to meet us at a central delivery point, either in your state or near it. Please be reasonable if you end up with a single bull and are a hundred miles or more from another drop. Purchases from Mexico can be delivered to Clayton, New Mexico, free of charge. Purchases from Canada can be delivered to Billings, Montana, free of charge. If another border crossing is necessary, we will hope to accommodate in a similar fashion. We will assist in health and export requirements. Costs associated for import paperwork will be We’ll take care of them until you’re ready for them! As an added convenience to our buyers, we will care for any bull purchases up to April 15th at no additional cost. We will require that you insure your purchases to address normal liability associated with their care. Again, that may only require 1% of the purchase price. If you are not ready to receive your animals when we plan to deliver to your area, or it is after April 15th, we can continue to house your bulls at a cost of $3.50 per day, per bull. Please coordinate these arrangements after the sale. $300 REBATE - “WEEK OF PICK-UP” We will be offering a $300 per head rebate for customers who arrange to pick up their bulls at the Ranch within one week of the sale. $1,000 REBATE – “RETURNED CARCASS DATA” Do you retain ownership of your cattle through harvest? Were those cattle sired by Niobrara Red Angus bulls? We need you! We are utilizing all the carcass data we can get our hands on to identify which sire groups are hanging with the most premium. If you have access to sound data and can show use by Niobrara Red Angus bulls, we’ll credit you $1,000 towards the purchase of your next bull.
