Executive Chef Patrick O’Connor Patrick, a distinguished graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida International University, brings a wealth of expertise to his culinary endeavors. Beginning his illustrious career at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in 1998, Patrick dedicated eight years to refining his culinary skills. As Executive Sous Chef, he oversaw 17 restaurants and lounges, along with a comprehensive banquet operation, mastering a diverse array of cuisines. In recognition of his exceptional talent, Patrick was promoted to Executive Chef, where he continued to excel in Texas, contributing his culinary prowess to prestigious brands such as Intercontinental, Omni, and Starwood Hotels.
