Transcripts ● NeSCC and ETSU send your grades to WRHS at the end of each semester to be placed on your high school transcript. ● How-to on requesting transcripts: ○ Northeast State transcripts can be requested at this link: www.northeaststate.edu/transcripts ○ https://www.etsu.edu/reg/records/transcripts.php ○ Students may either leave early or arrive late if they have classes scheduled during either of those class periods ○ 1st period DE Off-Campus students should arrive to campus in time to sign-in at the main office and be in 2nd period prior to the tardy bell ○ 4th period DE Off-Campus students must sign out in the main office then are expected to leave campus. These students may leave after 3rd period or during 3rd lunch. ● It is the responsibility of the student to communicate with WRHS counseling department what classes are being taken. High school schedules will not be altered until students can show proof of enrollment at the college/university. ● Students must select a normal class load during PS registration then communicate via email with their counselor to indicate which class they have taken ○ Students may schedule a replacement DE Off-Campus/Online section in their PS schedule, but students do not have to schedule an off-campus class. For example: ■ Student A may schedule his online Stats class as 1st period replacement class. ■ Student B may schedule her online Stats class in addition to the 4 classes she takes during the day at WRHS Dual Enrollment Off-Campus/Online ● Students may take DE Off-Campus either 1st or 4th period
