MESSAGE FROM CO-CEOS
In the last 14 years, Baby2Baby has distributed over a half a billion essentials to families in need across the country. Diapers have always been the number one item we distribute as a shocking 1 in 2 families in this country struggle to afford them. We developed our own diaper manufacturing system so we can make them for 80% less than retail, allowing us to distribute 250 million diapers – more than any organization of our kind. Disaster relief continues to be our fastest growing program at Baby2Baby. Our team has responded to the specific needs of children in over 100 disasters including hurricanes, floods and tornadoes, and the devastating Los Angeles fires have become our largest response to date. We have worked with over 560 partners across LA spanning schools, emergency evacuation shelters, resource centers and state agencies in order to reach the most vulnerable families. In total so far, we have distributed over 35 million emergency supplies including diapers, food, formula, water, clothing, blankets and hygiene products to children and families impacted by these horrific fires. We are focused on long term recovery and committed to serving this city and its children for months and years to come. Our initiative to combat the maternal health crisis continues to grow. Baby2Baby’s Maternal Health & Newborn Supply Kits contain items that are vital for the well-being of both mother and baby including diapers, wipes, hygiene products, breastfeeding supplies, postpartum care and educational resources. This year we announced a historic $9 million grant from New York State to provide a kit to every mother giving birth on Medicaid across the state next year, which is 100,000 moms. Baby2Baby marked this momentous step forward by lighting up the Empire State Building. Even in our proudest moments, we remember that we have 10 million children on our waitlist who need access to the critical items we provide, and together we know we can get there.
Thank you for your continued commitment to our mission,
Co-CEOs Norah Weinstein & Kelly Sawyer Patricof

WHO WE SERVE
Foster Care 150,000 children in our program are living in the foster care system. When social workers are called to investigate a case, they must remove children from abusive and dangerous conditions, often with no belongings. Along with basic essentials like outfits, pajamas, towels, shoes and hygiene items, Baby2Baby provides comfort items like stuffed animals, blankets, toys and books to help children cope during such a traumatic time.

WHO WE SERVE
Homeless & Domestic Violence Shelters For more than a decade, Baby2Baby has prioritized work combating homelessness. In 2025 alone, we served more than 200,000 children across the country experiencing homelessness by stocking shelters with items like diapers, clothing and formula. When families arrive without any belongings, especially mothers and children who leave their homes in the middle of the night to escape dangerous circumstances, the items they receive from Baby2Baby are often the only things they have - items as simple as a toothbrush, a warm blanket and pajamas.

“We didn’t have any time to grab anything. My 2.5 year old had so many shoes...but we left with just the shoes on her feet. I went to the Baby2Baby warehouse and my daughter got a toy, we got some towels, an air filter, a new car seat, diapers, and water bottles. I was moved by the support and love of all these people we didn’t know before. Baby2Baby gave us the right size diapers, they even asked. And the amount of support has been ongoing. They follow up with me, rather than me having to. I do believe LA is living up to its name, it is the city of angels, there are so many wonderful people who have stepped in and literally held us up.”

PASADENA FIRE RELIEF POP-UP
Baby2Baby also opened a year-long storefront at One Colorado in Pasadena where families picked up critical supplies including diapers, formula, hygiene products, car seats and cribs. Baby2Baby’s Initiative to Combat The Maternal Health Crisis
PROGRAM EXPANSION
Baby2Baby’s initiative to combat the maternal health crisis continues to be one of our most important programs. The goal is to address the mental health struggles of new moms who cannot afford the critical items that they desperately need for their babies. Our Maternal Health & Newborn Supply Kits contain items that are vital for the well-being of both mother and baby including diapers, wipes, hygiene products, breastfeeding supplies, postpartum care and educational resources. US maternal mortality rates more than doubled in the last 20 years, disproportionately impacting Black mothers, and mental health is now the leading cause of maternal mortality in this country. In 2025, with the help of Huggies and Merck for Mothers, we expanded this initiative to 15 states, reaching 30,000 moms and 30,000 babies since the program's launch.

ESTABLISHING OUR PERMANENT HOME
A Capital Campaign for Baby2Baby's Future Baby2Baby is launching a $40M Capital Campaign to secure a new headquarters — an essential step in expanding our reach and ensuring our long-term sustainability. This campaign is about more than a building — it's about serving more children across the country with the basic essentials they need and deserve. With over 10 million children on our waitlist, the rising number of families devastated by disasters, including the recent LA fires, and the organization's exponential growth, securing a permanent home for Baby2Baby has never been more timely.
The generosity of our dedicated supporters has made the work of Baby2Baby possible over the last 14 years, and we look forward to joining forces to transform this vision into a reality. For more information about the Capital Campaign, including Naming Opportunities, please contact Molly Baker, VP, Major Gifts, at CapitalCampaign@baby2baby.org or visit baby2babyhq.org

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Baby2Baby’s seasonal programs give donors a unique opportunity to make a direct impact by providing children with both basic essentials and special gifts during some of the most difficult times of the year for their families: summer break, back-to-school and the holidays.
“I feel like Baby2Baby invented Christmas! Earlier I was telling my girls that this year we weren’t going to have that much...and now you all made it possible to have the most epic Christmas ever. You’re all earth angels with the biggest hearts.”
Summer Success Baby2Baby’s Summer Success program gives our generous supporters and sponsors the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of the children we serve over the summer when they don’t have access to the meals and educational resources they receive at school.
Family2Family Recipient
Student2Student Through Baby2Baby's Student2Student program, supporters can provide the students we serve with everything they need to start the school year. Baby2Baby matches participants with a child (or group of children) in order to fulfill their wishlists and provide the supplies they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
"I want to say thank you so much for adopting my kids for back to school. School started today, and they had on their new shoes with their supplies in their bags. They were too excited about how they would use every one of them. Our hearts are filled because I know how much of a struggle it is for our family living on one income and trying to provide for our kiddos."
Family2Family Baby2Baby’s Family2Family program, our version of adopt-a-family, matches supporters with a group of children we serve to supply their holiday wishes and winter needs. With the help of our supporters, we are able to continue bringing joy to the lives of deserving families during the holiday season.
