The Township of Russell is mounting a concerted effort to address daycare shortages within the township. At Russell Township’s regular council meeting on January 30, council approved a salary increase of approximately 20 per cent GPS(SBEVBUFBOE/PO(SBEVBUF&EVDBUPST According to township officials, this is the first step in a plan to attract and maintain daycare personnel, as well as increase day  care spaces in the township.
