Get ACTIVE offers a comprehensive and inclusive programme of physical activities and events designed to get you moving more. As well as a core timetable of physical activity on campus, Get ACTIVE also offers tasters, pop ups, challenges and coached sessions, covering a wide range of activities from walking and jogging to volleyball, boules or badminton, as well as opportunities to get offsite and make the most of the Welsh outdoors. SOCIAL LEAGUES Social leagues give you the chance to compete with your friends right here on campus, making competitive sport social, affordable and accessible. Our leagues are open to all abilities and cover a growing range of sporting activities, from football and basketball to netball and more. SPORTS CLUBS Whether you’re interested in swimming, sailing, archery or golf, there’s something for everyone at Sport Swansea. Whatever your level, beginner; intermediate; or elite, through our 50+ clubs, we offer fantastic club sport opportunities for all. HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME Our High Performance programmes offer an elite training and competition environment for athletes in a range of sports, each delivered in conjunction with a professional sport club or national governing body. Each sport receives high performance coaching, sports analysis services, athlete lifestyle management, physiotherapy and strength and conditioning support. These sports are currently: rugby union, football, swimming, hockey and table tennis.
