The legendary godfather of British cooking, Marco Pierre White, has created five-course Celebration Night menus across the P&O Cruises fleet. During holidays to the Norwegian Fjords between April and September, he’ll be giving masterclasses and hosting dinners in The Cookery Club on three holidays on board Britannia, and joining Iona for two sailings in June and August. He’ll also be on board Iona in December on a Northern European City Escape. Award-winning wine expert Olly Smith joins four holidays on board Arvia, Britannia and Iona between February and November, heading to Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands, as well as the Mediterranean. Acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizarro is brining his talents to Arvia and Iona with his bespoke tapas menus for The Glass House as well as creating street-food-style dishes for Taste 360. And from 2023, guests on Arvia’s holidays will have the chance to enjoy Jose’s Celebration Night menus in The Olive Grove. Jose will be travelling on board Iona in March and on Arvia in September. Norwegian chef and restaurateur Kjartan Skjelde will create a six- course tasting menu for the gourmet haven that is Epicurean on board Iona during two holidays to the Norwegian Fjords in April and June, while queen of contemporary Caribbean cooking Shivi Ramoutar will be on board Arvia for a 7-night Caribbean fly-cruise departing Antigua in December.
