• Separate area/ greenhouse are essential • Try to avoid transit of materials and people through the rooting area • Make interruption of rooting process in greenhouse for total cleaning once or twice a year • Clean yearly all greenhouse: table surface (not only table surfaces), constructions, floors, watering system before starting • Before total cleaning greenhouse should be free from plants and weeds. • Disinfection agents (H 2 O 2 , Na 3 PO 4 (Trisodium Phosphate), Virkon®S • Change all water filters (for water and air) yearly. • All materials (trays, plastic, vessels) should be new or cleaned for each new batch of cuttings.

• Start to work with cuttings with clean hands (wash your hands thoroughly with antiseptic soap or liquid before working) • Use disposable gloves to manipulate your plants • Clean instruments with antiseptic liquid before each variety (on the base of quaternary ammonia add local chemicals?) • Clean table surface with antiseptic liquid before each variety • Clean floor surface and remove all plant residuals every day after work • Refill disinfection math on a daily base • Control weeds growth in the greenhouse…
