Grilling can be a healthy alternative to frying food, but it is important to take precautions in order to keep your grilled foods as healthy as possible. Here are a few tips so you can enjoy a nutritious summer meal.

Lean Meats Meat is a grilling favorite, but many types can be high in fat. Try skinless chicken, fish or lean cuts of beef and pork to keep your meal healthy.
