VANKLEEK HILL | The Village of Vankleek Hill celebrates the love of food with its Festival of Flavours Sunday, September 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Spokesperson Phil Arber promises:“Peo- ple will arrive hungry and leave refreshed and very satisfied!” Food and beverages from local producers and from around the globe will be offered by over 50 culinary artists, outdoors, along Main Street. World Breastfeeding Week

In North America this event runs from Sep- tember 29 to October 4. The send-off will occur Saturday, Sep- tember 29 at 10 a.m. with the International Breastfeeding Challenge. All mothers are invited to the Carrefour d’Argenteuil to nurse their children at the same time. The group will hold a garage sale and a car seat clinic at the Carrefour d’Argenteuil, in the parking lot outside Canadian Tire, Sunday, September 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Halte Allaitement is held every Mon-

day from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Ar- genteuil Hospital (CSSS) and Tuesdays at the Grenville CLSC from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. An introduction to stroller-cise will be of- feredWednesday October 3 at 10:30 a.m. in Barron Park, Lachute. Things wrap up with a Baby Brunch Thursday, October 4 at 10 a.m. at the Lachute Legion hall.
