Roundtable Discussions have limited capacity. They are first-come first- serve , so if you are interested in a discussion, join the roundtable as soon as it begins! You can access them via the Lobby or in the menu bar.
Icons indicate the different types of Roundtable sessions:

REGISTRATION
If you haven’t already done so, register for the 2025 ZERO Prostate Cancer Virtual Education & Support Summit by completing the form with your name, email address, and other requested details, and then submit when you’re done.
After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email .
LOGIN Enter the email address you used to register for the event. No password is needed to login! ℹ️ If you aren’t sure which email you used to register, confirmation emails will be sent from noreply@getvfairs.com , and will be labeled “ 2025 ZERO Prostate Cancer Education & Support Summit ”. Be sure to check your spam/junk inboxes!
Once you log in, you’ll be directed to the Lobby . This is where you can access all the features of the Virtual Summit in one place.

LOBBY
You can click on the virtual rooms, marked by a sign above their doors , to move freely in the event, OR you can use the navigation bar at the top of the screen . There is the Auditorium , Lounge , Partner Exhibit Hall , Photoboth , Video Vault , Resources , Swag Bag , Roundtable Discussions , and Help Desk . We’ll explain each of the features in more detail throughout the guide. Additionally, there will be posters/banners that link to different resources, like ZERO support groups, how to volunteer with ZERO, as well as links that lead directly to sponsor websites. Almost every banner or image is clickable! AUDITORIUM Click the Auditorium from the Lobby to join ongoing webinars and panels. You can also click the Auditorium Screen , indicated by the ZERO Prostate Cancer Poster, to access the full session list:

WEBINAR LIST VIEW VIA AUDITORIUM
When you click on the ZERO Prostate Cancer poster in the Auditorium, a list of upcoming panels and sessions will be available in a list. Use Keyword, Day, Time, or Speaker to search for specific sessions. Each session will be listed in Eastern Time by default. Change the timezone to match yours , so you know exactly when each session is happening.
Lastly, you can browse sessions each day by clicking tabs below the search bar.

When browsing the available sessions, each one will display a countdown to its start time . You can click on the Speakers’ names to learn more about them , and use the Calendar icon to add the session to your preferred calendar app .
You can also view a printable version of our agenda here . LOUNGE The Lounge is your go-to spot to connect with others during the Summit. Chat with fellow attendees and partners, and find direct links to ZERO’s Help & Support webpage and ZERO’s Booth in the Exhibit Hall .
It’s a casual, welcoming space, designed to help you relax and connect, while offering helpful resources.

PARTNER EXHIBIT HALL The Exhibit Hall is where you can explore booths representing ZERO, event sponsors, our partners, support services, and resources. You may click on any booth to enter and view their information.
HOW IT WORKS: How to use the Interactive Mode : 1. CLICK Click on a booth image to explore more about each partner, including their links and resources. 2. SCROLL Browse the partner booths by using the left and right arrows, or use the booth index on the left to navigate by partner name. 3. CHAT or LEAVE A MESSAGE Select “ Chat ” to join a group conversation with the selected partner. Some booths may not have a live representative, but you can still leave a message!

ALTERNATIVE VIEW: GRID
You can explore the Partner Booths in whichever way works best for you! Use the toggle icon in the upper-right corner of the Partner Exhibit Hall to switch between the Interactive view shown above and the Grid view shown below:
PHOTOBOOTH The Photobooth is a fun feature where you can “check-in” using a selfie! Click CAPTURE to take a new photo using the camera on your device or UPLOAD A PHOTO to choose from your files. ℹ️ Be sure to grant vFairs permission to access your Camera if you are taking a new picture!

VIDEO VAULT Here, you can watch featured videos from ZERO and our partners and session recordings after the event has concluded. Use the drop-down menu to filter videos from specific Booths.

RESOURCES You can find downloadable materials like guides, fact sheets, infographics, and research articles in the Resources tab. Click on them to read them directly from your web browser.

ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS Roundtable Discussions are a key part of the Virtual Summit experience, offering small group environments where attendees can engage in live conversations and connect with others in a supportive space—or just listen in! Roundtable Discussions have limited capacity . They are first-come first- serve , so if you are interested in a discussion, join the roundtable as soon as it begins! You can access them via the Lobby or in the menu bar.

To navigate the Roundtable section, please note that there are TWO scroll bars on the left-hand side. The bar indicated in PURPLE, or the inner bar, is used for scrolling through the different Roundtable Discussions. The GRAY, or the outer bar, is for the entire page and will not let you navigate through the Roundtables.

CHAT Engage in conversation with booth representatives, other attendees, ZERO staff and moderators. You can join chat rooms with fellow attendees or send private messages, too! HELP DESK This is a new platform, and we understand it can feel overwhelming. A dedicated Help Desk is available, and support staff will be available throughout the event to assist you.

How To Test Your Camera And Microphone:
The below screenshot will appear when you first join a Roundtable Discussion or take a new photo for the Photobooth. Please request permissions.

NOTIFICATIONS Pop-up alerts will notify you of session times, chat invitations, and updates from ZERO Prostate Cancer. You can find the Notifications button at the top right of your screen.
