Material Items Resource List This list is informational. Inclusion on this list is not an endorsement of the services or groups.

• Crittenton Center- 442 W. John H Gwynn Jr. Ave Peoria (309-674-4125) Once a month, bring in your photo ID and child’s birth certificate or medical card to pick up free diapers and formula. No appointment needed.

• Empower Life Center- 1825 Knoxville Ave. Peoria (309-688-0202) Call to schedule an appointment – baby items, clothing, diapers available.

• Gianna Baby Pantry-1825 NE Adams St. Peoria (309-637-0288)

Clothing, formula, diapers, blankets, and toiletries are offered monthly. Guests must bring a copy of the birth certificate, or any source of verification of the child and schedule an appointment beforehand. Call or scan QR code to sign up.

• Dream Center Peoria Hope Store- 714 Hamilton Blvd. Peoria (309-676-3000) The Hope Store is open the first Thursday and the third Saturday of every month from 9:00-11:30am to the public on a first come first serve basis. • Southside Community Center Pregnancy Resource Center - 1618 S Laramie St. Peoria (309-270-6111) Offers curbside pickup service for baby items, including diapers, on an as donated basis once a month. Open Tuesdays to call for pick up dates. • Illinois WIC - Peoria Co (309-676-6076) Tazewell Co (309-929-0320) WIC offers additional funds for foods & formula for families who are pregnant, breastfeeding, and/or have children under 5yrs old. Clients can also receive nutrition education, additional lactation support, and other medical & dental referrals. To find the WIC office for your county, please scan QR code.

• Jobs Partnership Peoria - 602 Richmond Ave. Peoria (309-404-9095) Jobs Partnership provides employment training, financial mentoring and support services to all people who are unemployed, underemployed, or retraining after a change in career, including those that are transitioning out of incarceration into productive citizenship. Services include a diaper bank, access to formula, & feminine hygiene products. Call for more information and make sure you bring proof of child(ren)s age.

• The Hope Chest - 1414 N. 8 th St. Pekin, IL (309-620-9043)

Open Monday – Saturday , the Hope Chest is a non-profit & thrift store that works with the community, and offers many programs to help set families up for success with household items & food pantries. Call to see if your family may qualify for programs or stop in to shop.

• Enough Stuff - 422 E. Washington St. #100 East Peoria (309-868-2684) Open Monday – Saturday, Enough Stuff is a free thrift store - No income requirements, no appointments needed, and open to the public. People can donate money for items if they want to, but it is never required. It's fun, easy, and recycles things back into your own community. • The Wraparound Center - 1419 S. Folkers Ave, Peoria (309-282-1919) ( Peoria Residents Only) A one-stop shop connecting families to services that will help them meet their basic needs - food pantry, clothing assistance, therapeutic services, affordable housing advice, baby items and toiletries.
