Bracken Cottage is a charming, detached, south facing cottage which has recently been renovated to create a cosy retreat in the grounds of Thrunton Long Crag Trout Fishery. Looking out onto woodland, the cottage is well equipped, guests can enjoy exclusive use of the outdoor hot tub which is positioned in a quiet corner of the garden. The Fly Fishing lakes at Thrunton are a two minute walk away and guests can take advantage of this fantastic fishing venue. Nearest pub 3.5 miles and shop 5 miles. Tucked away in the rural hamlet of Old Swarland is the beautiful Charlottes Cottage, a converted barn that has been lovingly restored and now offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for two or four guests with two dogs. Available for short breaks all year round, Charlottes Cottage is ideal for guests wanting the peace and quiet of the stunning Northumbrian countryside but still within easy reach of the A1 for sightseeing the many attractions, local villages and outstanding coastline.

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge with ceramic hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Belfast sink, Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table and four chairs, comfy sofa, armchair, woodburning stove, Freeview TV. Boot room with coat rack and storage of muddy boots. Utility room with washer/drier. Steps up to landing area. Bedroom 1 with King size bed

and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with super King size bed or two single beds. Playroom with toys and games. Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for two cars. South facing lawn to front of property. (please note: the garden is not enclosed or secure. Electric heating, all power, linen and towels included in the rent. Starter pack of logs for woodburning stove provided.
