Little Auk, an original fisherman’s cottage, has been converted into a comfortable holiday home situated right next to Beadnell harbour. Its 3rd floor observatory room takes advantage of the stunning views across the bay and is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage boasts many original features, an open fire, cosy living room, and its modern comforts of double glazing and central heating make it an ideal hideaway all year round. Beadnells beautiful sandy beach is just metres away.

Duneside is an attractive detached single storey property in a fantastic location on the edge of the sand dunes with a beautiful sandy beach a few metres away. The sheltered, south facing patio and garden has a gate that leads over the dunes onto the beach behind the house. It has an open fire and efficient oil central heating. You can enjoy excellent walking and bird watching from the doorstep along this beautiful stretch of the Heritage Coastline.

ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor) Living room with open fire, TV/ DVD, and door to patio area and garden. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric hob, oven, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier. Bedroom 1 with double bed with en suite shower, WC and basin. Private parking on grass in front of property. The property is approached via an unadopted lane. Please note this property is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
