Step 1 - Check avai labi l ity Once you’ve found your ideal cottage check online for availability or call us on 01665 830783. Of course, our local, friendly team are always happy to advise on locations, property features etc. Step 2 - Confirm your booking You can book online or by phone. When booking 8 weeks or more in advance we require a 50% deposit of the rent plus the booking fee of £35, holiday cancellation protection (HCP) of £20 per week (optional – see page 301 for details) and any extras in full. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance require payment in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by debit/credit card or cheque. All card transactions are made via Sage Pay, which has the highest level of card data security for our customers’ peace of mind. For international bank transfers, customers will be expected to pay all charges. Once your deposit is received we will send you a booking confirmation by email or post, whichever you prefer. Step 3 - Make your final payment Your final balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Don’t worry, we’ll email or telephone you to remind you. Once you’ve paid in full we’ll send your Final Instructions by email or post, whichever is easiest for you. These include the directions to your cottage, access and contact telephone numbers.
