Lavender Cottage, built around 1750, is a delightful stone cottage tucked away in a quiet secluded sunny courtyard off Bailiffgate in the historic conservation area of Alnwick. It is just 100 yards from Alnwick Castle and a short walk to the cafes, shops, supermarket and all other town amenities. There are country and river walks from the doorstep. Lavender Cottage is equipped to high standards and is also suitable out of season with its cosy Aga.

The Lodge (Alnwick) is a beautifully renovated stone built cottage sheltered by woodland in an enviable position opposite the famous Alnwick Gardens. Dappled in shade from a mature Copper Beech tree, this stunning property has been carefully thought out to give guests very comfortable accommodation over one level with two bedrooms and one reception room. A large open garden with lawn to the front with an enclosed garden with furniture to the rear makes an ideal place to relax in after a long day exploring what Alnwick and Northumberland have to offer.

Living room with wooden panels, gas coal effect stove, TV/DVD, CD/Radio, DVD collection, books and games. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC and basin.

OTHER FACILITIES Patio garden. Gas central heating. All power and bed linen included in rent. Parking on road and parking permit for 2 cars provided.
