Open Enrollment for Health Coverage Through January 31st, 2018, California residents can enroll for health insurance through Covered California, the Obamacare insurance marketplace in California where those eligible can receive financial assistance to help pay for their health insurance. 8 in 10 Californians enrolled in Covered California receive financial assistance, with most people able to find premiums less than $100 per month.
