Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were kept busy in the Rockland area, from August 26, through to September 1. On August 26, shortly before 5:30 p.m., Russell County OPP officers responded to a
complaint relating to a threat on Du Parc Avenue in Rockland. The investigation revealed that an altercation occurred between a man and two women. As a result, a 16-year-old boy from Rockland and a 16-year-old girl from Hawkesbury were both charged with
