WELCOME to the team Arlene Rodriguez - Chief Operating Officer Historically, the COO role has overseen clinical operations of the organization, but Ms. Rodriquez will operate on the business/administration side of health center operations. As a member of the JPAFHC leadership team, she will be responsible for executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline health center operations, and improve overall health center efficiency. Ms. Rodriquez comes to JPAFHC from the private sector, heading up Customer Care for one the leading global live TV streaming platforms overseeing onshore and offshore teams. Ms. Rodriquez will work cross-functionally to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs,) and foster a patient-centric culture throughout JPAFHC. Ms. Rodriquez will, among other duties directly oversee Compliance, Call Center, and Facilities.
WELCOME to the team Kenya Alston - Sr. Executive Coordinator to the Chief Executive Officer Ms. Alston, brings several years of administrative and project management experience supporting senior executives in a healthcare and not for profit setting. Ms. Alston will manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate key meetings, serve as primary point of contact to the CEO and oversee Board relations. In addition, Ms. Alston will create standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and uniformity of executive administrative practices.
WELCOME Keisha Gilles - VP of Engagement and Strategic Initiatives to the team Ms. Gilles brings over 10+ years experience in Healthcare Marketing/PR/Communications, Government & Community Affairs and Development. As a member of the leadership team, she will be responsible for developing and managing high-level collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of marketing and communications strategies, including brand marketing, public relations, advertising, digital marketing, internal and external communications and development. Ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes aligned with the mission of JPAFHC. Ms. Gilles will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Shedline Pierre - VP of Clinical Operations
Ms. Pierre is a highly accomplished Clinical Care Administrator and Population Health leader with over 15 years of proven leadership in advancing Ambulatory Care operations, specializing in quality improvement, compliance, and patient experience within the nation's largest public hospital system, which generated more than $10.9 billion in annual revenue. Ms. Pierre is a dedicated advocate for patient-centered care, committed to promoting equitable healthcare access. A respected leader in the field, with extensive expertise in driving superior ROI on key initiatives such as preventative care, disease management, crisis resilience, and organizational change management. As Vice President, she will oversee clinical operations of our health centers reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
