SWVS Clay Shooting Tournament THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 8:00 AM Bus departure from Convention Center 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Clay Shooting Tournament 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Lunch and prizes 1:00 PM Return The National Shooting Complex | 5931 Roft Rd. | San Antonio, TX COST: $135 PER PERSON – Includes 50-target package; lunch, and transportation. “Golf with a shotgun” is how some people refer to sporting clays, which by the way, is a fair comparison. Like golf courses, no two sporting clays courses are alike, and terrain and background have a lot to do with how targets are presented. Join us for the first SWVS Clay Shooting Tournament. Upon arrival at the famous National Shooting Complex, you will be provided with an overview of this amazing facility, including basic safety rules and details at the shooting stations. Participants will be arranged into shooting groups of no more than five per group. The instructor’s primary focus is safety, and, as they are assisting each participant in shooting techniques, they are in complete control of the firearm and ammo at all times. All participants will break targets and have an enjoyable experience! Each participant is given 10 shots on each of the five stations they will shoot, thus completing the 50-target package. Upon completion of the shooting, participants will return to the buses and be on their way to a nice lunch, and prizes will be given out to the winners. The bus will return to the Convention Center around 1:00 PM.
