NO MORE REGISTRATION PASSPORT PACKETS SWVS has upgraded our online registration this year and made online registration simple, easy, and fast! We have also eliminated the Passport Registration Packet for 2018. You will not be receiving a Passport Package in the mail. All the registration information you will need, including your name badge, will be emailed to you in your Registration Confirmation.
ATTENDANCE POLICY SWVS 2018 is designed to provide continuing education to members of the veterinary profession and sta£. SWVS reserves the right to determine attendance and participation for non-veterinarians. The Symposium is not designed to accommodate interests of the general public or other professionals unrelated to veterinary science. Only paid professional registrants with o¤cial SWVS 2018 badges are allowed to attend continuing education sessions and all events included with registration fees. ID REQUIRED ID will be required to pick up on-site packages and any on-site ticket sales. Valid driver’s license, U.S.-issued identification such as passport, or student ID will be accepted. International attendees Complete 4-day registration includes access to the following: all lectures (with the exception of Interactive Labs/Master Classes/CE Tours/Meet the Experts Lunches and the Design Conference); Exhibit Hall; Exhibit Hall Opening Reception; Exhibit Hall Refreshment Breaks; Lunch Bucks (valued at $15.00 each day) on Friday and Saturday in the Exhibit Hall; complimentary Co£ee & Mu¤ns (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and the Exhibitor Satellite Sessions. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any mailed or faxed registration form postmarked after registration deadlines will not qualify for the discounted registration rate; no exceptions. ONE-DAY REGISTRATION One-day registration includes the following: access to all lectures and events (with the exception of Interactive Labs/Master Classes/CE Tours/Meet the Experts Lunches and the Design Conference) scheduled for that day; access to the Exhibit Hall exclusively for the day the registration is valid; complimentary Co£ee & Mu¤ns, complimentary refreshments during breaks; and access to any non-ticketed social events occurring the day the registration is valid. If you register for Friday or Saturday, Lunch Bucks (valued at $15.00) are included. If you register for Friday, a drink ticket to the Exhibit Hall “The Future of Care” Welcome Reception is included. EXHIBITS-ONLY REGISTRATION Exhibits-Only registration is o£ered for purchase for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The price is for ONE DAY ONLY and includes admittance to the Exhibit Hall during the hours of operation. Attendance at CE Sessions is not allowed. Friday badge includes refreshments served at designated times and the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception that evening. Saturday badge includes refreshments served at designated times. COST: $30 per person, open to anyone In celebration of San Antonio’s 300 years of Texas history, you will definitely want to experience the famous historic Alamo! Retrace the footsteps of the past in the solitude of an Alamo after-hours tour. This exclusive visit will include a personalized tour of the Church and the Long Barrack Museum after normal operating hours. You will be allowed to enter the grounds and walk freely though the site. There will be station tour guides in the buildings to help interpret the history of the Alamo and direct you though the fort. SWVS has pre-purchased a group of tickets for this tour, and you may purchase your ticket at SWVS Registration online or onsite for this unforgettable experience.
