SWVS CONVENTION CONCIERGE SERVICES “The Convention Concierge,” the Visit San Antonio Kiosk, is located on-site near the SWVS Registration area. Visit San Antonio assists you with information on dinner reservations, tickets, shopping, tours and travel to all of the exciting sites in San Antonio and the surrounding area. Visit San Antonio is dedicated to helping you build meeting attendance and ensuring attendees have the best San Antonio experience possible. To accomplish this goal, they established the ShowUs Your Badge program to help attendees explore the city on a budget. How it Works Through the ShowUs Your Badge program, convention attendees can receive discounts and special o£ers at over 50 restaurants and nightlife establishments in downtown San Antonio simply by showing their conference badge. SWVS LUNCH BUCKS Welcome to the Symposiumwith Southern Hospitality! Use your Lunch Bucks and come on down to the Exhibit Hall for a Hot Bu£et Lunch. Lunch Bucks (valued at $15.00) will be provided to all registered professional attendees for Friday and Saturday to purchase food and beverages in the Exhibit Hall. Transportation to and from the airport: The San Antonio International Airport is approximately 8.5 miles from the downtown business district, with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes by car. From the elegant to the sophisticated to the eclectic, these SWVS O¤cial Hotels were selected by popularity in safe locations nearest to the Convention Center. These hotels are across the street or a few blocks from the convention center, RiverWalk,restaurants,shopsandentertainment. Hotel rooms go fast, so please make your reservations early! CE CREDIT INFORMATION More than 375 hours of quality continuing education courses are o£ered at SWVS 2018. Amaximum of 30 credit hours are available during the general Symposium.
