• To help students be able to see their community during Covid-19, virtual field trips have been a great way to in- crease socialization and collaboration. Students are able to visit different places and interact with different people to learn about the local. Programs such as Boardmaker Online can be used to provide visual supports to students that highlight their own identity. ThingLink and Ed Puzzle are two programs that can help students see various lo- cations and communication about them. Educators can search for places to visit by looking at local community websites or Youtube. Covid-19 and remote learning has been hard for many of us. One of the things that many of us need to keep in mind is that we need to keep providing our students social opportunities to build their collaboration and continue to grow their com- munity.
