What Dave Patton Says About the Coaching Team THE RESULTS O Our team here at Smart Real Estate Coach knows that starting a new business venture can be a frightening and frustrating experience. That’s where we come in. We know the easiest and quickest ways to help our Associates with their real estate investments because we are in the trenches with them doing our own deals. One of our favorite High 6 Associates, Dave Patton, described his own transition into working with our team: “I came across Chris and Smart Real Estate Coach on YouTube of all places. Almost exactly a year ago, I was looking to get into real estate, so I was researching and ‘IN THE ME
regarding their own operations. Whenever an Associate comes to the office, each member of our team has their own individual role when educating them on buying and selling terms. The rest of our team helps them focus more on their big-picture goals, but my job is to help them focus on the basics, a process that is absolutely crucial to reaching any type of success. I work with them to break down their large goals into smaller, more measurable ones. Then we set up a calendar so they can evaluate their progress in three months, six months, and the following year. Additionally, I analyze their operating systems and see how I can help them maximize their time — and ultimately, save money. As I start this new year and reflect on the decisions that brought me to where I am now, I am so grateful for the career I have. Being able to work with my family to help other families achieve their own goals and dreams is my favorite aspect of my job. I look forward to seeing what’s in store for 2019!
