ALUMNI MENTORSHIP The CB Alumni Mentorship Program pairs student mentees with alumni mentors in the students’ intended career field. Mentees and mentors meet once monthly in order to work towards realizing students’ professional development goals. After the 2020-2021 cycle of mentorship: • 92% of student mentees reported increased confidence in achieving their goals • 100% reported an increased knowledge in their intended career path as a result of mentorship. The 2020-2021 mentors worked at companies such as Amazon, Boeing, and Microsoft, among others.
