Students are our priority, no matter their backgrounds. In CB we pursue equity for all of our students, faculty and staff, we value the diversity that each of us brings, and we champion for an inclusive culture that goes beyond business. Getting involved is the best way for students to be visible and make their voices heard. How you spend your time outside of the classroom is integral in shaping your college experience, and we offer many methods of involvement: Attend professional development events Compete against other schools Join a business club Network with industry professionals Serve in the Associated Students of Central Washington University (ASCWU) student government
Companies are more likely to hire students who were involved in clubs or other extracurricular activities.
